* You must add Hawaii State Tax of 13.42% to all rates shown above (subject to change). Limited number of rooms available. We strongly encourage participants to reserve early to insure a room in their desired category. No reservations will be confirmed without a form of deposit. NOTE: Hotel Rate includes breakfast in the exhibit hall Feb. 1, 2, and 3 for all registrants (7 am to 8 am) Special Request Available: No Smoking Room • Smoking Room • King Bed • 2 Double Beds Special requests will be forwarded to the hotel by HTC. The hotel confirms or denies special requests. Requests are NOT guaranteed by HTC, ACMD, or the hotel. Hawaii State Law prohibits more than 4 persons per room. Room Category Availability: Room categories are based on availability on the date the request is received. Should a category be sold out for the dates requested, your room reservations will automatically be confirmed in the next available category. Hotel reservations cannot be confirmed by phone. Deposit/Cancellation Policy: A one (1) night room & tax deposit will be charged at time of booking. Sixty(60) days prior the hotel will charge the second deposit of an additional night. At that time the deposits become non-refundable. All cancellations must be done in writing to HTC. Any reduction of the total room nights reserved may be subject to penalty. Change Policy: Any changes made to a reservation after initial confirmation is subject to a $25 administrative fee. Any reduction in the hotel room nights reserved after December 1, 2011 may be subject to penalty. All changes must be done in writing to HTC.
